Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or special launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and dispatch to our shipping carrier.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information (when available).

Please note that shipping time begins after your order has been processed.
While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to:

We do not have control over shipping carriers or customs authorities and cannot be held responsible for delays once the package has been dispatched.
If tracking shows no updates for more than 30–60 days, please contact us at calith.store@gmail.com,and we will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
Customs & Duty Fees
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions; customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at calith.store@gmail.com.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to submit a claim.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product, packaging, and your order number.
